Use your resources to give an alternative to the youth of St. Louis. By giving of your time and money you can change the direction of someone’s life.  Lift for Life Gym offers many volunteer opportunities.

FITNESS LEADERS

Are you passionate about changing the lives of our cities youth?  Are you passionate about changing the lives of our cities youth?  Are you passionate about changing the lives of our cities youth?

  • Opportunities to lead a workout are available on Monday’s and Wednesday’s each week.
  • Activities can include, but not limited to Crossfit, Yoga, Team sport instruction such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, etc.

TEAM SPORT COACHES

Being involved in team sports can benefit everything from a child’s self-esteem to their academic performance.  Each winter, Lift For Life Gym has several boys & girl’s basketball teams that compete locally. Anyone interested in coaching can contact us for more information.

By coaching you can do more than lead a team to victory, you can transform the life of a child.

YOUTH MENTORS & TUTORS

Volunteers needed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Provide homework help
  • Build life skills
  • Offer career guidance

When needed, available once a week.

MONTHLY MEALS

This volunteer opportunity is a hands-on experience! Becoming a Meal-a-Month Program Partner allows your group or organization to help Lift For Life Gym provide a nutritious meal to all gym participants while encouraging cooperation and teamwork within your group.

Our Meal-A-Month program runs each Tuesday evening. Contact us to learn what dates we have available.
